Repco Home Finance (NSE:REPCOHOME, BOM:535322) said Chief Operating Officer Thangappan Karunakaran has resigned, effective April 11, according to a Tuesday filing with the Indian exchanges.

Karunakaran resigned following his appointment as managing director and chief executive officer of the company, the filing said.
