Green Plains (GPRE) said Tuesday it has revamped its board through the appointments of Steven Furcich, Carl Grassi, and Patrick Sweeney.

In connection with the appointments, Green Plains said it has entered into a cooperation agreement with shareholder Ancora which provides for a standstill, voting commitment, and other provisions.
