Fitch Ratings has given a BBB rating on Science City (Guangzhou) Investment Group's proposed US dollar senior unsecured notes, according to a Monday release.

The notes have the same rating as the issuer, as they serve as the latter's obligations and rank at least equally with its other obligations, Fitch said.

Changes in the China-based urban developer's issuer default rating will lead to similar actions on the notes, according to Fitch.
