Texas Capital Bancshares CEO Adds Board Chairman to Responsibilities

Texas Capital Bancshares (TCBI) late Tuesday said Rob Holmes, president and chief executive officer at the bank holding company, has been unanimously selected to be its new board chairman in addition to his other duties.

Holmes succeeds Bob Stallings, who has been board chairman since 2023 and now becomes the board's lead independent director.

Holmes's election occurred at the end of the company's annual meeting on Tuesday. He has been a board member at Texas Capital since 2021.
