Suzhou SLAC Precision Equipment (SHE:300382) plans to construct phase II of the Suzhou Silex Precision Structural Components Plant for 160 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on Monday.
The plant, which will produce battery cases and PACK sheet metal structural components, will be located in Fenyi Industrial Park, Jiangxi, China.
The Chinese high-end equipment producer signed an agreement with the Administrative Committee of Fenyi Industrial Park for the project to receive regulatory support during its construction and operations.
