Merck (MRK) plans to integrate medical information resources from its Merck Manuals with Microsoft's (MSFT) Copilot Studio's health-care agent.
The partnership will deliver generative artificial intelligence-based information to clinicians at the point of care, while enabling developers to build intelligent assistants that provide accurate, real-time support, Merck Manuals said Monday in a statement.
Financial details weren't disclosed.
Merck shares rose 0.4% in recent Monday trading, and Microsoft gained 0.1%.
