Gold miners saw their stock prices jump in early trading on Monday as gold prices continued to climb past the $3,200 mark.
Newmont's (ASX:NEM) shares jumped 4% in recent trading, while both Evolution Mining (ASX:EVN) and Perseus Mining (ASX:PRU) rose 2%. The stock price of De Grey Mining (ASX:DEG) also went up by almost 1%.
On the other hand, the shares of Northern Star Resources (ASX:NST) were marginally lower.
