Jaykay Enterprises' (BOM:500306) unit, JK Tech, has partnered with Inveniam to co-develop a next-generation platform for private market investments, combining blockchain and artificial intelligence technologies to improve data transparency and transaction efficiency, according to a Tuesday filing with the BSE.
As part of the deal, JK Tech will integrate its generative AI solution, JIVA, into Inveniam's platform to enhance automation and decision-making for institutional investors and asset managers.
The firms will jointly invest in expanding operations across the US, Abu Dhabi, and India, the filing said.
