Albertsons (ACI) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted net income Tuesday of $0.46 per diluted share, down from $0.54 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.40.

Net sales and other revenue for the quarter ended Feb. 22 were $18.8 billion, up from $18.34 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $18.64 billion.

For fiscal 2025, the company expects adjusted EPS of $2.03 to $2.16. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.29.

Albertsons shares were down 5.9% in recent premarket activity.
