Morgan Stanley's (MS) Morgan Stanley Investment Management division said Monday it has closed its North Haven Private Equity Co-Investment Opportunities Fund III, which was oversubscribed and reached its hard cap with total commitments of around $2.3 billion.

The fund, part of Morgan Stanley's Private Equity Solutions platform, offers private equity exposure through co-investments with leading buyout managers primarily targeting the lower middle market, Morgan Stanley Investment Management said.
