SPX Technologies (SPXC) said late Tuesday it has completed the acquisition of Sigma Heating and Cooling and Omega Heat Pump for roughly $144 million.
Toronto-based Sigma Heating and Cooling and Omega Heat Pump, which manufactures advanced hydronic heating and cooling equipment, will operate within SPX's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning segment as part of its hydronics business.
Sigma is expected to have annualized revenues of approximately $65 million in 2025, SPX said.
SPX said it plans to revise its full-year 2025 guidance to reflect the impact of Sigma acquisition during the Q1 results announcement on May 1.
