Yongmao Holdings (SGX:BKX) raised SG$4.6 million from the close of its three-month Series 003 digital securities issuance on the SDAX platform, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The commercial paper, which closed on April 14, drew strong investor demand. Company directors subscribed for SG$470,000, or about 10.2% of the issue.

The digital tokens are scheduled to be issued on April 15.
