Adairs (ASX:ADH) named interim chair Trent Peterson as independent chair, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Peterson has been the interim chair since September 2024, having previously served as the non-executive chair from 2010 until the company's initial public offering in 2015, the filing said.
