St. Cousair (TYO:2937) subsidiary St. Cousair Inc. (SCI) will acquire Kelly's Jelly Inc.'s gourmet jam business to strengthen its US presence, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The acquisition is set to close April 22.
St. Cousair Inc. aims to leverage Kelly's Jelly's brand and products, including pepper jelly and fruit spreads, to expand its market reach.
