Q & M Dental (SGX:QC7) completed the acquisition of the remaining 51% stake in EM2AI from EM2AI Professional HoldCo, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
In an earlier filing, the company had entered an agreement to acquire EM2AI's shares for a consideration of SG$1.8 million.
