Visionflex Group (ASX:VFX) signed a binding agreement with Amplar Home Health to supply its virtual care technology solution for a project that will explore the integration of virtual nursing services into aged care homes to provide personalized clinical care and support to on-site staff, according to a Monday bourse filing.
Amplar Home Health is the health service delivery arm of Medibank (ASX:MPL)
The project will run from March until June 2027, and it will include up to 30 residential aged-care homes across Australia, with phased deployment over 15 months.
The total contract value amounts to around AU$1 million, subject to site rollout. The contract includes a one-off hardware revenue of around AU$750,000, as well as a software subscription revenue of around AU$250,000 over the trial period.
Medibank's shares gained about 1% in recent Monday trade.
