FBR (ASX:FBR) appointed Mark Pivac as chief executive officer, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

He will succeed Mike Pivac, who will retire from his position as CEO, the filing added.

The changes will be effective April 17.

Mark Pivac is a co-founder of the company and has been its chief technical officer since its inception.
