WPG (TPE:3702) fulfilled all conditions for its tender offer to acquire 47.66% stake, or 33.3 million shares of Fortune Information Systems (TPE:2468).
The offer, backed by Taiwan's Fair Trade Commission, remains open until 3:30 p.m. on April 23, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The transaction will close within five business days after the offer ends, semiconductor components distributor added.
