Q & M Dental Group (SGX:QC7) is proposing a secondary listing of its shares on the Malaysian bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The move is aimed at expanding the company's investor reach and increase its liquidity.
The company has made relevant appointments to prepare for an application to the Securities Commission Malaysia and Bursa Securities.
Shares of the company were up nearly 4% in recent trading.
