** Iron ore producer signs deal with infra construction co Sinohydro Corporation, a unit of Power Construction Corporation of China 601669.SS, to develop co's flagship Baniaka iron ore project in west Central Africa

** Under deal, Sinohydro will assist Genmin in getting funds for no less than $250 million for the project
