** Shares of hydrogen fuel cell maker Plug Power PLUG.O rise 1.9% to 93 cents premarket

** PLUG says Hidrogenii, its joint venture with chemical company Olin OLN.N, commissioned its 15 tons per day $(TPD.AU)$ hydrogen liquefaction plant at St. Gabriel, Louisiana

** Plant is designed to liquefy up to 15 TPD of hydrogen at maximum capacity, increasing Plug's total production capacity to 40 TPD

** As of last close, PLUG shares are down 56.7% YTD
