YLF Group Marketing has decided to withdraw its application to list on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange, a few weeks after lodging a preliminary offer document, according to a Business Times report on Wednesday.
The company has not provided any reason for the decision, the report added.
Prior to that, the candy maker was slated to become the second IPO of the year for the SGX after Vin's Holdings (SGX:VIN) began trading on April 15, the report said.
