Singapore Technologies Engineering (SGX:S63) granted 24,000 share awards at a market price of SG$7.130 per share under its 2020 restricted share plan, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
A quarter of the shares will vest from 2026 to 2029.
