SoFi Technologies (SOFI) said Thursday it expanded its loan platform business agreement with Fortress Investment by $2 billion.

The agreement extension is in addition to a previous $2 billion agreement between the companies, according to a statement.

SoFi also executed a two-year agreement to originate another $1.20 billion worth of loans with technology driven by a joint venture between Fortress and Edge Focus, the company said.
