Powertech Technology (TPE:6239) acquired land and a building in Hsinchu County, Taiwan, for NT$710 million from Advanced Ceramic X.
The property spans 4,079 square meters of land and 15,437.87 square meters of building space, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The acquisition will support Powertech Technology's long-term production needs, it added.
