Stellar Resources' (ASX:SRZ) subsidiary Columbus Metals received notification that its application for exploration license EL9/2025 in Tasmania has been accepted, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The license application for EL9/2025, also known as Ringville, will undergo a standard permitting process, including environmental review and public exposure before grant, the filing said.

The license will combine with the company's Concert Creek license to form the East Renison project once granted, according to the filing.
