Ellipsiz (SGX:BIX) increased the share capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, E Golfing, to SG$300,000 from SG$1, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.

The increase was carried out through a subscription of 299,999 shares for SG$299,999.

The subscription will be used to fund the operations of the subsidiary's indoor golf simulator centers.
