Google acquired and maintained monopoly power in digital advertising in violation of antitrust law, a federal judge ruled Thursday.

Judge Leonie Brinkema of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia ruled that Google had unlawfully tied its publisher ad server and ad exchange.
