Mineral explorer PhosCo (ASX:PHO) obtained an extension to the maturity date of its convertible notes to May 15 from April 24, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The notes were issued on March 15, 2024, and Oct. 16, 2024.
The extension will allow for the completion of the company's entitlement offer.
