Mineral explorer PhosCo (ASX:PHO) obtained an extension to the maturity date of its convertible notes to May 15 from April 24, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The notes were issued on March 15, 2024, and Oct. 16, 2024.
The extension will allow for the completion of the company's entitlement offer.
The notes will continue to accrue an interest rate of 10% per annum, the filing said. There are no other changes to the terms of the notes.
