0130 GMT - Singapore's FTSE Straits Times Index edges 0.2% lower to 3656.57, tracking Wall Street's losses overnight. The main theme has been risk-off, Commerzbank Research analysts say in a report. The U.S. has imposed new restriction on exports of AI chips to China, the analysts say. Among the worst performers, Venture Corp. falls 1.5%, Yangzijiang Shipbuilding drops 2.9% and Seatrium is down 1.6%. Meanwhile, Jardine Matheson Holdings rises 2.6%, DFI Retail Group adds 2.7% and Hongkong Land is up 1.2%.(ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
