Zentek (ZTEK, ZEN.V) late on Thursday disclosed plans for the sale and short-term leaseback of its corporate office and laboratory space in Guelph, Ontario, to an unnamed buyer for CA$2.5 million.
The intellectual property technology company also said it will lease the property through the end of January 2026, providing for a transition period of uninterrupted operations.
Zentek said it already is exploring potential locations where it can move once the transition period is completed, adding it does not expect any significant disruptions for employees or day-to-day operations resulting from the upcoming transactions.
The sale/leaseback deal should close by May 15, the company said.
