Spirit AeroSystems Holdings (SPR) said Wednesday that John Plueger will depart its board at the company's annual meeting on May 23.
Plueger is stepping away from the board to focus on his expanded responsibilities as chief executive officer of Air Lease (AL) following the retirement of its executive chairman, Steven Udvar-Hazy, according to Spirit AeroSystems.
