Enlight Renewable Energy (ENLT) said Tuesday it has signed an agreement with semiconductor and electronic component maker Vishay Israel to supply electricity valued at about $105 million for a 12-year period.

The agreement has an option to "significantly increase consumption volumes over the life of the contract," Enlight said.
