Indian real estate developer Brigade Enterprises (NSE:BRIGADE, BOM:532929) has entered into a joint development agreement for a plotted project in Bengaluru, India, according to a Monday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The gross development value of the project is about 1.75 billion Indian rupees, with a total development potential of 450,000 square feet.
This is Brigade Group's first plotted development project in East Bengaluru.
