Hims & Hers Health (HIMS) disclosed in a regulatory filing on Monday that Chief Operating Officer Melissa Baird plans to transition to an advisory role in the coming months.
The company said the effective date of Baird's departure has not been determined.
Baird will remain with the company until a replacement is identified, in place and fully up to speed, according to Hims & Hers Health.
