Management consulting firm Pro Clb Global (BOM:540703) has appointed Vinod Nagappa Mendon as the chief financial officer and key managerial personnel of the company, with effect from Monday, according to a BSE filing the same day.
Mendon takes over from Amrit Nirmal Chamaria, who resigned from the post on Monday, citing personal reasons.
