Lerado Financial (HKG:1225) disposed of around 5.1 million shares in China 33 Media for around HK$3.2 million, according to a filing with the Hong Kong Exchange on Friday.

Following the disposal, the group is likely to raise a gain of around HK$1.6 million.

The shares represent 4.8% of the total issued share capital of China 33 Media.

Upon completion, Lerado Financial will cease to hold any stake in China 33 Media, the filing said.
