Parkway Life REIT's (SGX:C2PU) distribution per unit or DPU rose by 1.3% to SG$0.0384 from SG$0.0379 a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
Amount available for distribution was up 9% to SG$25.0 million from SG$22.9 million a year earlier.
Net property income rose nearly 8% to SG$36.8 million from SG$34.3 million.
Gross revenue was up 7% year over year to SG$39.0 million from SG$36.3 million, mainly due to the acquisition of nursing homes in France.
