Weilong Delicious Global (HKG:9985) agreed to invest in the construction of a snack food production base in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
Under the investment agreement with the Management Committee of Nanning High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, the fixed assets investment in the production base amounts to around 1 billion yuan.
The snack food manufacturer's units will gradually implement the investment plans.
