Findi (ASX:FND) closed its AU$5 million share purchase plan on April 11, securing AU$4.5 million in subscriptions, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company will issue 1.1 million shares under the plan, the filing said.
FND also raised AU$453,000 through a placement on the same terms, the filing added.
Funds raised will support automated teller machine (ATM) deployments under a State Bank of India agreement, the White Label ATM rollout, and restructuring efforts, the company said.
