Smith-Midland (SMID) said Wednesday it received a Nasdaq notice April 17 for missing the deadline to file its annual Form 10-K report for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024.
Nasdaq has granted Smith-Midland a 60-day period to submit a plan to regain compliance and can be granted an additional 180 days if the plan is approved, the company said.
The delay also involves gathering data for its auditors and disclosing any weaknesses in financial reporting systems, it added.
