Envictus International (SGX:BQD) received a deferred payment of 33.7 million ringgit in connection with the disposal of 100% stake in its subsidiary Gourmessa, and certain assets of POK Brothers, another subsidiary of the group, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
The company had disposed of 100% stake in Gourmessa and certain assets of POK Brothers, along with the leasehold land located in Selangor, Malaysia, in October 2023 for 34 million ringgit.
