Community Health Systems (CYH) said late Wednesday its wholly owned subsidiary, CHS/Community Health Systems, started a cash tender offer for 6.875% senior unsecured notes due 2028.
The company said the aggregate principal amount of the notes outstanding is almost $625.9 million.
The offer will expire May 21, unless the company extends or terminates it early.
