Spanish utility company Iberdrola has closed the sale of 49% share capital in Windanker offshore wind farm to Kansai Electric, the company said on Thursday.

Britain's Vodafone Group and Zinia, Santander's consumer lending platform, have signed a framework agreement to boost financing of mobile devices in Germany, newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Thursday.
BBVA BBVA.MC
Spanish bank BBVA is going to proceed with total redemption of its public and mortgage sector bonds on April 29 for an issued amount of 1.50 billion euros ($1.70 billion), with 5.2 million euros of interest to be paid, the company said on Wednesday.
REPSOL REP.MC
Spanish oil company Repsol has signed an agreement to become the energy partner of Real Betis soccer club until the end of the current season, with the possibility of extending the commitment until 2027, El Economista reported on Thursday, citing the company's B2B sales director.

Spain's Bankinter reported on Thursday its first quarter results showing a 35% net profit increase from the same period in 2024 as a rise in fees offset a decline in lending income.

US defence firm General Dynamics GD.N is considering a joint venture with Indra and two Spanish companies to set up a factory to produce armoured vehicles and export them to the rest of the European Union and NATO countries, Europa Press reported on Wednesday, citing unnamed market sources.

Spanish engineering firm FCC has been awarded, in partnership with Comsa, a contract for the last phase of the expansion of the Fira Barcelona exhibition centre for 114 million euros, Expansion reported on Thursday.

Spanish biopharmaceutical company Oryzon said on Thursday it is going to increase to 30 million euros the capital increase from 25 million euros previously announced after the accelerated book building offer was significantly oversubscribed.
