ViaSat (VSAT) said late Tuesday it has issued a notice of early redemption for the entire $442.6 million remaining aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 5.625% senior notes due 2025.

The notes, which were originally scheduled to mature on Sept. 15, will be redeemed on May 2 at a cash redemption price of 100% of the principal amount of the notes being redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest on such amount to but excluding the redemption date, the company said.

ViaSat said it plans to use cash on hand to fund the redemption.
