HEICO (HEI) said Monday that its Mid Continent Controls unit has acquired all of the ownership stakes in Rosen Aviation.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The aerospace and electronics company said it expects the acquisition to be accretive to earnings within a year after the acquisition.
