Sayaji Hotels (BOM:523710) has entered into a hotel management agreement with hospitality company Unique Complex to manage and operate a hotel at Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh, India, according to a BSE filing on Saturday.

Under the pact, the company will manage and operate the 30-room hotel for a period of 10 years from the date of commercial commencement of the hotel.

The agreement may be renewed for periods of five years each.
