MSCI (MSCI) and Moody's (MCO) said Monday they will develop and launch a solution that provides independent risk assessments for private credit investments at scale.
The companies said the solution will combine Moody's EDF-X credit risk modeling solutions with MSCI's private credit investment data.
MSCI shares were down 1% in recent premarket activity, while Moody's fell 0.4%.
