ECarX Holdings (ECX) was advancing in Tuesday morning trade, with shares recently rising over 11%, after the automotive computing company said it has partnered with HERE Technologies to co-develop a next-generation vehicle navigation system.
The new production-ready system will make its debut at Auto Shanghai 2025 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, China. The companies also are planning live demonstrations.
The new navigation platform is powered by artificial intelligence and was designed to significantly shorten development cycles and speed vehicles to market while complying with international data regulations, the company said.
