GeoPark (GPRK) said Thursday it appointed Felipe Bayon as chief executive officer and board member, starting June 1.
Bayon will succeed Andres Ocampo, who is stepping down citing personal reasons, according to a company statement.
Bayon was CEO of Ecopetrol (EC) from 2017 to 2023.
